By establishing an account, making a purchase, or navigating DecodesFuture, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Use of the laboratory constitutes total acceptance of the operational protocol.

Permission is granted to view DecodesFuture content and access premium dashboard utilities for personal, non-commercial professional viewing only. Under this license:

• Account credentials must be kept strictly confidential and used by only one engineer. Sharing access is prohibited.
• Commercial extraction or sub-licensing of sandbox resources is forbidden.
• Violations will result in automated credential termination and subscription blocklists.

All premium content modules, membership tiers, and store products are facilitated through our third-party checkout provider, Whop.com.

• Merchant of Record: Whop.com manages billing operations, secure payment validation, and subscription statuses.
• Refund Guidelines: Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our source files, local LLM blueprints, and sandbox code access, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
• Auto-Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency set during checkout unless terminated via your Whop customer portal.

The materials and configurations on DecodesFuture are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we prioritize edge-performance engineering, DecodesFuture makes no warranties regarding the deterministic success or safety of any technical blueprint provided.

Users agree to use DecodesFuture only for legitimate, lawful educational purposes. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Attempting to exploit our edge proxy structures or bypass authentication scopes.
• Using automated crawlers or scrapers to extract lab content to train commercial models or databases.
• Violating local security policies or transmitting malware.

Original source files, token calculator algorithms, custom proxy components, and documentation copy are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Redistribution or public duplication of paid library files is strictly prohibited.

DecodesFuture, its authors, and engineers assume absolutely no liability for any failures, security exploits, or API charges resulting from your implementation of LLM systems, local GPU servers, or integration setups described on this site.

Any claim relating to DecodesFuture's website shall be governed by the laws of our home jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
