The three most common reasons people write
“My download did not arrive.”
Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated receipts often land there. If it is genuinely missing, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend your links straight away. You can also find them any time under My account → Downloads.
“I would like a refund.”
Just say so. You have 60 days and we do not ask why. Details are on the Refund Policy page.
“Which file should I open?”
Start with the PDF if you are reading on a computer or tablet — it is the designed edition with the page layout as intended. Use the EPUB on an e-reader or phone, where you can make the text as large as you like. The Markdown edition is there if you prefer plain, searchable text.
Before you write about an AI tool
We are an independent publisher and cannot access, fix or refund anything to do with your ChatGPT, Google or Meta account — those services have their own support. We are very happy to help with anything about the book itself.
