If AI Made Useful is not the reference you hoped for, email omar@decodesfuture.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
We mean “no questions asked” literally. You do not have to explain what was wrong, prove you read it, delete your files, or answer a survey first. A refund request is enough.
How to request a refund
- Email omar@decodesfuture.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in the message.
- Say that you would like a refund. Your order number helps but is not required.
- We confirm by email, usually within two business days.
When you get your money back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we process it, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refunded amount is the full amount you paid, including any tax charged.
Keeping your files
We do not disable download links or ask you to destroy files you have already downloaded. If the book was not right for you, we would rather part on good terms than argue about a PDF.
Repeat purchases
The guarantee covers one purchase per person. If the same person buys and refunds the same product more than once, we may decline a further refund or decline a further sale. This is the only restriction.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. If your local law gives you a stronger or longer right of cancellation for digital goods, that right still applies.
Something wrong rather than something unwanted?
If a file will not open, a download link fails, or the email never arrived, please write to us before asking for a refund — these are almost always fixed within a few minutes and you will have paid for something that works. If we cannot fix it, we refund you regardless of how long ago you bought.
